To check into your accommodation smoothly, you will just need a valid photo ID for all guests, your booking confirmation email, and a credit card. Read the guidelines below for more information.
Required documents for hotel check-in
When you arrive at your accommodation, the front desk team will need a few things to get you checked in. Just make sure you have the following items ready:
- Official identification: a valid passport or ID card for every guest checking in
- Your booking confirmation email: if you haven’t received it, please check the spam folder. In case you can’t find it, log in to Manage my Booking to request it again. If you still don’t receive it, please contact us.
- A credit card: some hotels may require a credit card at check-in to process a temporary pre-authorization hold for their standard guarantee policies
Note: the information above applies if your booking reference number has 10 to 12 digits. If your booking reference has a different format, you’ll need to contact the hotel directly to confirm. You’ll find the contact details in your booking confirmation email.
